Central location to nightlife

Walking distance in town to many restaurants, shops and bars with good parking.

Location was good!

Pros: The studio concept of the Room. The hot tub was the reason I choose this hotel.
Cons: The common area appearance and cleanliness.
Location: We had dinner down town, it was wonderful.
Overall the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. When I turned the jets on in the hot tub a black film filled the tub. I had to rinse it several times to clear it out. The common areas were outdated in appearance and need to be cleaned and or painted. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious.

Hotel with convenient location

Pros: good breakfast and excellent attention by the chef
Cons: need to improve the internet in the rooms and cleaning the carpet
Location: located on a beautiful street and with good restaurants nearby
This was a short trip but it allowed us to visit the most beautiful areas of cape cod and the location of the hotel allowed us to schedule the visit to distant places like provincetown and falmouth

Beds need to be updated. Sink drain would not unplug. Walls were dirty in room as were lamp shades.

if I had been able to adjust the heat and if other guests didn't party until 5 AM, it would have been a better stay. WiFi didn't work. hotel has seen better days. I have never been asked to leave a damage deposit. I am over 60 and wouldn't have the imagination to bust up a hotel room. Never ever going back here again.

We had an amazing time, and look forward to returning. The hotel is a little older and could use an update, but everything was clean and worked . The Jacuzzi made the whole trip so relaxing.

The check in process was long and not very welcoming. Once we figured out what door to use we finally got to our room. The smell of weed is nauseating but not as bad as the smell from the coffee maker. I made reservations for 2 nights but left one night early
