Not very welcoming at check in. I missed a table or desk in the room. I would expect that for it a being a conference center/hotel. The room itself is spacious and I liked having a balcony. Electrical wires were laying over the bed. No elevator. The conference center itself was nice. Friendly staff, good food and well organized.

The place seems perfectly nice. When I arrived, they said my reservation was for a different day, it wasn't. Then they put us in the wrong type of room. They fixed both problems but the room was the dryest, dustyest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I got a sore throat it was so dry and dusty. I'm guessing it's because I stayed there in the beginning of November, but what the hell? Also, the electrical stuff plugged in and hanging out of the sheetrock was a bit of a mess. This place is fine, just needs more effort in the off season.

Great bar and restaurant. Dj and entertainment on night 1! Wonderful charity "horse" races in the afternoon was great fun! Halloween costume party in the evening was done to the nines! Wonderful weekend!

If you want to party and not sleep stay here
We rented a King Suite and were very happy with the size of the room for the money. It was nice to have a sitting area, full size fridge and table and chairs. Issues came when it was time to sleep. Forget about getting any rest. People/kids running up and down the hall all night long, people yelling to each other in the hall. Walls are paper thin. It sounded like the people in the next room were sitting right beside us and they were very loud, playing music and singing in their room well after 2am, both kids and adults. My advice is to spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else. On the positive side, everyone working here was always very pleasant.

The hotel was fine a bit outdated, room smelled musty but they were sold out and could not move the room. Very loud during the night kids running up and down the hallway all night low. Staff was very nice though.

The nose from the AC unit that wasn’t on sounded like there was a cricket stuck inside. Couldn’t sleep the noise was so loud. May want to check that out and remove for other guest.

Right off the bat, went to check in around 6pm (check in time is 3pm) and the woman at reception said she wasn’t sure if our room was ready. Ok, so we wait and wait about 20 minutes and finally she checked in with janitorial staff who said “oh yah it’s ready.” So we get to the area our room is at, which was a long walk with luggage through many corridors through a courtyard that smelled like old weed and booze, and the hallway to our room was a nightmare. Smelled of must and the flooring was literally coming up, as if someone totally untrained in construction took some fake wood panels and placed them randomly down. Then our room was not very clean and smelled like terrible must and mildew. The bedding smelled as well like sweat, as if it had not been washed in months. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

The front desk clark could not find my reservation done through Expedia. After several attempts she found it, no apology for the delay whatsoever. You can smell mold when entering the room. Floor around the pool needs some improvement. Pleasantly surprised by steam and hot sauna. Unfortunately steam sauna did not work in ladies room.

Room very clean facility was awesome. Great pool area. Smokers above us flicking ashes on their patio was quite annoying but not the fault of the hotel. No chairs in the room was a problem but overall a good experience and we would book this property again. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
