The hotel overall is what I expected. It's dated, quaint, not a 5 star resort, has amenities that are desirable and is close enough to the main area of Provincetown.
The staff was very, very friendly and helpful and they have a lot of good discounts with other local businesses. My room was dated and not the highest level of high end comfort but it's consistent with other local hospitality providers.
With tennis courts, two pool options, breakfast/eatery on site, ample parking and being close to town there's a lot to like. If you're looking for an updated, current, style with high level comfort you won't find it here because it's a seasonal area with limited financial resources to support those efforts.
It's quaint, it has charm and the pics online set a realistic expectation.
