I am sorry to hear that you did not have hot water - I am not sure why, no one else had this issue and when I checked the shower with a thermometer, it was fine. I reviewed the camera footage and she knocked at 11:10. I'm sorry you felt this was early, she was down the hall and was checking rooms. Many people never physically check out so we do have to start somewhere to ensure that the rooms have been vacated.

Dear Mary, I am surprised to hear this about the front desk. The woman who checked you in is very nice and helpful. I was not here on Friday, but returned on Saturday, the issue with the hot tub was not brought to my attention, nor did I smell anything in the pool area when I was out there.
