Got a room that walked right out to the pool, then stairs that went down to the bay! Beautiful hidden gem

this place is a dump!! they claim they have nice rooms not mine wasn't painted in twenty years. hair dryer broken, holes in door, no toliet paper roller, bathroom floor filled with stains and rust! kitchen burners one worked and only on high so you could burn your food. place was a disgrace complained and got throw out which i wanted an out so i could get my money back!! hotels.com were wonderful gave me back all my money!! read all the reviews all bad wish i had!!

Don't bother....

Don't know where to start. First, found a lizard in the oldest looking rusted out on the floor mini-fridge. Kitchen, if you can call it that, was about 4 ft. by 4 ft. and had the oldest equipment I've ever seen. Mold on the bathroom tile. Rusted out door frame to the outside was where the lizard came from. The pest control guy came in while we were there and sprayed for bugs all over the place. Nice aroma there. Our room was right on the highway and traffic woke us all night. Looked like a nice small pool but we didn't use it. The floor was very nice and new, but didn't offset the other stuff.

Room was dirty, stained sheets, no ceiling light only hanging wires, holes in walls, no toilet paper holder, leaking toilet water on floor, bad bad bad.

Staycation

We spent the weekend and loved the view out of our room, pool was clean, they r right on a canal so we could fish. A few small ants in the kitchen area nothing major and Wi-Fi was not working... close to the party district of cape coral so we walked... Will be back
