Ok for one-two nights.

Staff was very attentive Location was good Good parking AC was good Shower tile was very dirty Small little roaches in bathroom

Pleasantly surprised

While the room was nice overall the place can use some modernizing and freshening up however that being said the service was exceptional Michael behind the counter was absolutely amazing we had several small issues with the room that Michael fixed immediately I light bulb Al TV not hooked up correctly locked myself out for the price it was perfect

Good location for what I was doing.

First room was: a chair in the room was so dirty looks like someone picked up from the street for free. And bathroom sink drain pipe wasn't connected, when I was washing my hand water go down to the floor. The room smell of strong mold.

Efficiency on the Canal

Pros: Area, poo;, canal
Cons: Cleanliness of room, Cleaning Staff
Location: Nicely located on a canal, not far from anything in Cape Coral, close to Fort Myers
The room itself was ok, would have been much better if it were cleaner. The front desk staff was very nice, the clesning staff not so much, they started almost every day by yelling to each other across the building AT 6AM!!! When confronted we were told "What, we are not talking to you". Construction going on in motel started at 630am and the working had their material and tools set up about a foot from the front of my car. The area was fairly nice, the canal and pool were wonderful.

Had a good stay

Two night stay was good. My room was huge, Desk folks where friendly and helpful If you go, walk down to Fins a bar restaurant with an outside area 1 block away. Order the shrimp basket Good luck finishing it.

the carpets we have is only 4-5 months old. we been having this problem. so we are updating it to tiles. the work should be done by end of july. thank you for your feed back. we appreciate it.
