Pros: ONLY good thing was they had dish TV.
Cons: Tear it down and rebuild it.
The soap so thin and small you can not even take a shower with it, shower had leak in curved pipe out of wall and sprayed onto ceiling, toilet leaking on floor due to pipes rusted, bed extremely heavily used and sagged in middle and due to this had a terrible back ache due to bed, was provided 1 towel, 1 wash rag, 1 face cloth all so small a child would not get dried with towel. Never, ever, stay here and they had audacity to charge $100+ a night for this flop hotel room. A dump hotel way past it's prime, this is solely based on room I stayed in but sure other rooms about same.

Once Best in Town, striving to be that again

Great view. Looks like much needed updates are being made. Room very outdated. Had a smell and front desk was amazing and came up with a machine to rid the odor, which worked great. Bathroom had visible leak damage that looked like it had an attempt to fix but was really a bandaid. Hall carpets horribly old and stained. Pool was great, nighttime changed colors. Had a river view, a perfect plus. All in all will definitely consider again once updates are finished. (Plaque in registration office stated hotel had once won best in Cape Coral, hope it can again.)

Staff was very attentive Location was good Good parking AC was good Shower tile was very dirty Small little roaches in bathroom

Very Disappointed

We stayed at the Casa Loma several years ago and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, this trip was not. It has not been upgraded in years. The rooms are in disrepair. Tiles missing in the pool. Rugs in the hallway terribly stained. Room smelled musty.

Very nice staff! view of the canal and the room was very clean. Even though it was a little older, everything was still in great shape!
