We left 1.5 days early- hotel w/ confused staff

Respectfully, Never again. The Elevator lift got stuck several times during our stay, TV and remote controls were in disrepair, the room telephone had no dial tone and was stolen from the Sheraton Hotel? Our reservation was for 4 nights and they deactivated our keys the 1st day, and we had to chase down new keys and a new parking sticker. The ceiling tiles were falling in especially in The bathroom, the dresser drawers left our clean clothes smelling like mildew, balcony chairs in disrepair, housekeeping forgot to leave towels and washcloths, and the smell of burning food and other questionable burnt odors continued to drift into our unit. Noisy upstairs neighbors jumping up and down over our heads and when reported, the ever confused front desk clerks said no one was booked in the room above us. We had enough and left 1.5 days earlier than planned- w/ no refunds allowed....we still left.
