We make every effort to communicate this information through various channels, including Expedia, our official website, and social media platforms, understanding its significance in our guests' decision-making process. The construction notice is located on the channel in which you booked your reservation. Upon your expressed dissatisfaction with the upgrade fee, the agent immediately contacted the manager on duty, who offered a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe ocean view room in a different section of the hotel, away from the construction, which you accepted. Your loyalty over the past decade is genuinely appreciated, and it is disheartening to learn that this recent experience has left you with no intention of returning. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
