Super friendly staff especially Clare the intern and Jabulani the bartender. Loved the eco-friendly nature of the hostel. For example we had bins to put bath water in due to the shortage in CT. Also the lounges were comfy and the free breakfast was a feast! Highly recommended!
Location is tough to beat -- close walking distance to V&A waterfront, but also tucked away so it is quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle. Super friendly staff willing to help with directions and recommendations and bookings. Generous breakfast. Nice extras, like sweet treats beside bed at ...
Freddie and the team at The Glen were superb at making our stay totally relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you guys.
Apart from a bad dining experience, which was courteously handled by manager Debbie, we had a very enjoyable stay. The Sedgeway Tour was fun, and the lads in charge were very patient and encouraging. We really enjoyed our visit to the Eagle Experience. It was disappointing to find that some of the ...
We felt like royalty from the moment we arrived to the time we left four days later. We had a convention at the cape town international convention center adjacent to the Westin. The hotel staff attentiveness, courtesy and service were excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The included breakfasts are very good. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to popular Greenmarket Square and Long Street. The Perseverance Tavern, the oldest pub in South Africa, is a 7 minute walk.
The staff is very nice. Breakfast buffet great. Very crowded in the mornings. Service and food at the bar (Floor 11) super. Very nice after being walking the hole day. Rooms very clean and confortable. Great location from where you can walk to restaurants and central markets and malls.
We booked 2 nights at Maison Chablis knowing that it was reasonably close to town facilities but were delighted that it was just a very short stroll to bars and restaurants. Also easy access to the wine tram. Hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful - our host actually booked our wine tram tickets ...
Wonderful hospitality. Old fashioned charm. Traditional hotel with continuity of staffing. This is my ninth visit and I will return. Near V&A and central for Capetown. Good management and happy friendly staff.
First, the hotel staff are very helpful to answer all the questions and provide travel warnings and advices, make our trip much easier. Second, the view of the most rooms are just fantastic. We can't ask for more. Third, the food is very nice and come with very good value.
Had a magical time at this hotel. The friendliness of the staff, close to everything, they book tours for you, made dinner for us on a night of the week. Did not want to leave after my stay :-)
Great location with an easy walk down to the sea. Pretty rooms that are comfortable and well appointed. Cozy bar with home made cakes and Sherry anytime of the day or night. Helpful and friendly staff. But most importantly a soulful eyed Jack Russell named CoCo, who will greet you after a long ...
