Excellent hotel pour clientele d affaire

La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est savoureux et varié. Le restaurant propose un très recommandable curry malay et la proximité de canal walk permet d élargir facilement l offre de restauration. L environnement routier est toutefois un peu sonore. Surtout, je garde un souvenir particulier pour le personnel très sympathique et sincèrement attentionné. Ils ont su par leurs conseils et leur amabilité donner une saveur très appréciable à mon séjour.

Everything is perfect , got an upgrade to their 2 bed rooms suites.however,the commercial office downstairs alarm went off the whole night ....bo sleep at all. Sux

We recently completed a stay in one of the executive suites at the Colosseum Luxury hotel. First the good: * Room size is great. The photos did not do the room justice as we were pleasantly surprised with the size when we walked in. * Very large balcony with access from bedroom and lounge that offers expansive views of the ocean, mountain and city. Especially great for viewing sunsets. * Premium bedding and super comfortable bed. * Modern, semi-open bathroom with large soaking-tub. Now for the not so good: * House keeping was very slow on one of the days and terribly loud the next. * There are plenty of birds around the hotel and the balcony was not cleaned nearly enough. When standing on the balcony one looks down onto a lower level veranda that looked like it had not been cleaned in months. * Several items of furniture and/or decorations were damaged and one of the large floor tiles in the kitchen was loose. * The in-room entertainment needs updating. The hotel offers a limited selection of cable channels as well as a DVD library which is terribly old-school. I would like to see more modern television sets with HDMI should you wish to use your own laptop for viewing movies or services such as Netflix/Hulu. Overall, I rate our stay and the hotel overall at 4.5 stars. It offers decent value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good if you want to be out of the city but not terribly far from it.

This is my first booking via Expedia. I was looking forward to my stay at the Coliseum Luxury hotel. Unfortunately, I started looking to find other available hotels after the first night. I was surprised at night to find a Spider on the below next to me. I called reception and explained and all they did is send someone to take it and someone else to give me a new pillow! No one ever checked if there are more around my bed. Anyway, I slept in after a long and tiring day. Got in the morning with a some sort of sting in my leg! Again, I have asked the hotel staff to find a solution and she never contacted me. At breakfast, you'll find really mouthwatering food but not clean utensils! For the three days I've been here, every morning I get either: a dirty bowl or unwashed knife and fork. When I show them, they never apologise. they just replace it Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
