Good hotel for the price

This is an apartment, self catering hotel so it is cleaned and you get new towels (except for Sunday) but no new shampoos etc. Our unit was clean and spacious (apt 110) bed was good. Overall good deal for the money and the location is good (we walked to Green Market, Waterkant and Waterfront. The building has security guards and hotel reception and taxis and airport transportation can be arranged for a fair price. Only remark: the Windows could not be locked in bathroom and above the patio sliders (but it had a safe)

Great base for exploring Cape Town

Comfortable self contained units close to the V&A waterfront and local supermarket. Having a washing machine was helpful too. Quite noisy from the traffic but you are in the centre of Cape Town. Great starting point for exploring.

Very Nice apartment

Very nice apartment. Conveniently located & very safe. Feels exactly the same as what's shown on photo. Only problem we faced was with the water drainage in 1 room that was fixed during the stay. I would highly recommend this place...

very, very tired and dirty furniture

Let me start by saying am only giving this location the second star because the bones of the apartment are great, the views spectacular and the location is great for proximity to De Waterkant Village. The poor state of the furnishing and overall run down appearance would barely get a one star if it were not for these. We booked the penthouse for 2 nights because it looked really beautiful online. The apartment itself is really quite innovative and the layout is perfect for 3 couples as it has 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bath. The bed was comfortable enough, but in general the apartment is very run down. The furniture mostly just needs to be replaced. Chairs are dirty, window shade has holes in it, lots of scratches and dings. When we arrived we noticed that there was a device which is designed to emit air freshener into the room. The second day we turned down the air conditioning and discovered that the apartment has an awful smell like an old drain or dirty pipes. We were able to get rid of it by turning the air-conditioning down to the coldest setting. We did not spend very much time in the apartment as we were out and about. If we had I think I would have been very disappointed. The staff is very nice and accommodating but based on the condition of the place I would not stay again.

Great location but not the cleanest.

The room we had was not the cleanest. Carpet was filthy and one of the showers did not drain. These are things you don't want to deal with on vacation. Nice and roomy and in a good location.

Vicinity to CT Stadium

A good experience. But rather noisy due to traffic. Secure parking was a bonus, as was the pool and gym.

Roomy apartment but dead location

This is a low price for a large good space but best if you have a car. It's next to a loud highway and on a rather dead street behind the city center. Not very walkable. My ATM card was stolen from me a block away. Only one near by restaurant which doesn't open until 10am and which also serves no alcohol.

Great stay for the Cape Argus cycle tour

Great stay - nice apartment, clean and spacious with all amenities, very fast internet, well located and close to good restaurant - Beluga Restaurant within 5 mins walk, Food chain store SPAR closeby, V&A waterfront 5 mins by taxi, have stayed before and will stay again
