Hotel is undergoing refurbishment which was not explained when booking. Room was in terrible condition (windows wouldn't open/close, bathroom had very damp smell, shower leaked badly etc.). Food delivered by room service was very poor quality and way too much use of microwaves! This should not be currently advertised as a 5* hotel at present - it is closer to a 3*. For similar price, stay at the Westin down the road!
