Very nice area

It was very good only the cleaning of the room was disappointing they never changed my bedings my entire stay

Hotel close to conference centre

Very nice hotel and staff. But avoid the top floor if you want to have a good sleep in the morning. Cleaning staff move chairs and tables at 6AM and it creates a massive noise in the top floor and it is impossible to sleep. Made several complaints and hotel staff are unable to do anything. This is a real shame as the hotel is otherwise good.

Decent for the price

Hotel staff with some language barriers. Hotel restaurant lacking overall. Room was ok, requested twin beds and was given a room with two twin beds. Was not horrible but not impressive or amazing either... Charges extra to extend checkout to 2pm, booked shuttle to airport and was not told there was a few, which was 3x the local uber price.

Comfortabel hotel

Location: Het hotel ligt zeer centraal voor Green Market en Long Street. De Waterfront is ook lopend goed bereikbaar.
Moderne grote hotelkamer met perfecte badkamer. De WiFi is gratis en snel. De ligging van het hotel is prima. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De shuttlebus kan gereserveerd worden. Het restaurant is ook prima, zowel het ontbijt als het diner.

A nice city centre hotel

Location: Handy for the waterfront, (app. 15 minute walk). After dark the walk back may be somewhat intimidating, so the answer is to take a taxi back.
A typical fairly comfortable hotel room. Excellent friendly and helpful staff The car parking is good value for money for a city centre. However to reach the car parking area on the 1st and 2nd floors was via an extremely steep ramp which some people may find very off-putting

Good but not great

Pros: Staff and Buffet
1. Breakfast buffet is great 2. Hotel staff are lovely 3. Shuttle service is good but can be inconvenient as there is only one Van 4. Location is about a 5 minute drive from VA Waterfront. Not bad but I would stay somewhere closer in the future 5. Room was a great size. Bed was comfortable. Shower was dirty and needed an upgrade. Needed shower shoes. Overall not a bad pick but would chose another hotel if available!

Perfecte locatie in kaapstad

Pros: Locatie
Cons: Airco had wat kuren
Location: Op loopafstand van Oude cenrtum van de stad. Voor Waterfront was wel een taxi nodig, maar dat was zeer betaalbaar ( 60 zar)
Goed hotel , leuk restaurant bar op het dak en vrindelijk personeel.

Park Inn Heerengracht Cape Town

Pros: The staff were wonderful, and the room was large, including the en suite.
Cons: The draw curtains were see-through not giving my privacy or darkness at bedtime.
Location: Cape Town foreshore - short drive or taxi trip to the V&A Waterfront, also to Table Mountain and Camps Bay.
Very nice experience, the staff were so friendly - they could not help enough to make me welcome and comfortable. Right down to the house keeping delivering an iron and ironing board the next morning. The room was large and clean and had a balcony overlooking the mountain. Very comfortable. The only downside was some street noise early evening but it quietened down after 10pm.

Close to town and a major convention centre

Pros: Location and food. Staff are very pleasant as well.
Cons: Services are poor, and they need a significant improvement.
Location: Very close to town and shopping areas. Also close to a major convention center if one is going for a conference.
Location wise, very good. Also a very safe hotel compared to several others in town where thefts were reported during our stay. The only negative point is the amenities in the room in terms of toiletries, tea/coffee etc. which are minor things and the hotel can easily improve upon these. The restaurant is also very good in terms of food quality but again the service is very poor. Overall, a good experience but it could be better.
