Decent for the price

Hotel staff with some language barriers. Hotel restaurant lacking overall. Room was ok, requested twin beds and was given a room with two twin beds.
Was not horrible but not impressive or amazing either...
Charges extra to extend checkout to 2pm, booked shuttle to airport and was not told there was a few, which was 3x the local uber price.

I do apologize for the experience you had whilst utilizing our Restaurant and have shared your comments with the team in order for us to lift the bar once more in service. We are in the process of revamping the entire experience within the outlet and do hope that we get another chance to welcome you back should your travels bring you to Cape Town again.
