Fantastisk beliggenhet i Cape Town

Radisson Blu Waterfront Cape Town er et hotell i særklasse. Beliggenheten må være en av de absolutt beste i Cape Town. Nydelig sjøutsikt med stadige syn av delfiner og pelssel rett fra basseng og spiseplasser ute. Betjeningen er utpreget servicevennlige og maten er i toppklasse. Vi besøkte Cape Town i 2014, da også på Radisson. Servicen er om mulig enda litt forbedret siden dengang. Kort vei til Waterfront med shoppingsentre og utgangspunkt for sightseeing busser som kjører rundt til alle de større og mindre severdigheter i Cape-distriktet. Bussene anbefales på det sterkeste. Du kan hoppe av og på som det passer deg, etter mønster fra andre storbyer.

Ottimo hotel al Waterfront

Pros: Pulizia cortesia, comfort
Cons: Forse la piscina, per chi ne fa uso
Location: È a 10 minuti a piedi dal Waterfront, volendo c'è la navetta gratuita, ma la passeggiata, specia dopo cena, è gradevole.
A 10 minuti a piedi dal cuore del Waterfront, con servizio di navetta gratuito, l'hotel ha camere molto spaziose ed ottimo servizio.

Honeymoon

Spent the last week of our honeymoon at this hotel (October 25 - 31, 2015). We decided to upgrade to a business class room, and it was worth it (Heidi the general manager worked with us to accommodate this request and she was nothing short of amazing)! The hotel staff was very attentive, food was of superior quality, and the spa was great. Since it was our honeymoon, the hotel greeted us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room - it was a nice touch! The hotel itself is in a very safe location and has hourly shuttles to the V&A waterfront (which is also a 10 minute walk if you're good with directions). In the event we are fortunate enough to go back to Cape Town, we would definitely stay here again.

Flot beliggenhed direkte til havet hvor hvalerne boltrer sig lige uden for hotellets terrasse

Greatest view with the worst service

What a view from the business class room! Just a pity that the aircon was not working, the coffee machine was not working, the sliding door to the balcony was not oiled and just seemed stuck, leaking shower (seals torn and hanging in open sight). The wordt was the hotels' preference to service an outside group in the reataurant (apparently booked long ago) which meant we could not book a table.... Just not worth it!... this Hotel has such a great setting.... I wonder if the group even gets one star at other venues?

nice hotel need some improvements

Cons: Lift provision Modernisation of decor in rooms
Great location, attentive staff; nice pool area; stunning views Needs some modernisation, room showed signs of wear and tear and carpets on first floor hallways near lifts need replacing Major issue was lift provision servicing all floors. 2 lifts servicing all floors waits of up to 10 mins at peak times and no stai access apart from emergency exits
