It's a very nice hotel in good condition and clean. The staff was helpful for the most part. However, we asked for a late check-out and we were denied. The staff told us to call the front desk at 8:30am on the day we were checking out to make our request and we were told the hotel was 100% full. After checking out, as we were waiting in the lobby for 2 hours until it was time to go to the airport, we heard the front desk grant other guests' requests for late checkouts. These people clearly put in their requests AFTER we did and this was very disappointing. When inquired about it, the staff offered no explanation. I can only wonder if we were treated this way because we booked through a third party (Hotels.com, in this case). We noticed that all of the hotels we booked for this trip through Hotels.com were not willing to go above and beyond for us - no upgraded rooms, no late check outs, nothing. It makes me question the value of Hotels.com.
