Experience better service and quality at other hotels not far down the road.
Wanted a cake as advertise and seen on the website for my husband's birthday and thought that was a service a customer can require for special events. 1st day we had to wait more than an hour for ice to be delivered to the room, after the 3rd attempt the excuse was that the message was never received at the bar. The jacuzzi is covered in dirt and bird droppings, as well as the stoep. No plug for the jacuzzi either. The air conditioner did not work and was informed that it could only be fixed the following day, fortunately the wind came up early friday morning. On saturday, 8 may, my husband's birthday, no cake has been delivered, I had to phone twice regrading the arrangement and was informed that there had been a miscommunication. I decided to go out for dinner that evening and left approximately 19:00, on return at 22:30, one piece of cake was delivered to the room - thank you but I think it would have been better if you had just forgotten about it. I was hoping to have a great memory for myself and my husband but left with only a memory of disappointment..........
