Ran into town for two nights, staff was courteous and helpful. Room amenities were adequate for our needs.

Terrible place to stay

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The service and the hotel itself needs an overhaul.
Location: Location was close to food.
Absolutely terrible service. They put me in a room where a bathroom door had a hole punched in it. This would have been charged to my account if I had not told them about it. The entire hotel smells of smoke. The advertising is very misleading. I would rate this one star.

My card was misused for 250.

I was charged 250 on my visa card. The Customer service was ghetto. Hotel worker wanted to come to my room. I will always speak bad about the laquinta inn. I will never stay or spend money again with the laquinta inn.

The breakfast old lady is pretty rude and made offensive comments. Other than that, everything was fine. Front desk guy was helpful.

Close to eating establishments

Overall hotel was great except the toilet ran the whole time and the handle on to turn on the shower was difficult to turn on.

Could have been better.

Pros: The hotel is updated and the rooms are comfortable.
Cons: Smokers were allowed to smoke in the walking path of the entrance. Loud conversations and door slamming into the wee hours of the morning. Was not pleased about how it was handled.
Location: There is a mall across the street, a 7-11, Panda Express, Wendy's and McDonald's about a block away.

Great Hotel with great staff.

Pros: Friendly, responsive staff
Cons: Pool needs to be renovated and open; The door on the cabinet the refrigerator is in needs to be removed.
Location: Close to DC attractions, Fed-Ex Field and PG Sports and Learning Complex. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.
The hotel is under renovation and the rooms are a great value for the price. They are clean, with comfortable beds, microwaves and refrigerators. I'm not sure that it will be so inexpensive after they complete the remodel but it sure is a value now. Loved every minute of the stay and the staff is over the top friendly and responsive. It's a quick Uber ride to all the DC attractions and just minutes away from Fed-Ex Field and PG Sports and Learning Complex. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed but hopefully that will be part of the renovation.

I reserved 2 room. My room smell like cigarette and the other room had wholes in the wall.
