I was charged 250 on my visa card. The Customer service was ghetto. Hotel worker wanted to come to my room. I will always speak bad about the laquinta inn. I will never stay or spend money again with the laquinta inn.

I appreciate your concern, however, we do have a strict no-smoking policy in the hotel. We always error on the side of the guest and will not charge the smoking fee unless the smoking is verified by a staff member and a manager.
