This location is wonderful for a visit to DC. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area to choose from. There is a grocery store near if you need/want to pick up anything. The metro is right next door and there were plenty of Lyft and Uber available. Comfy and clean rooms. Only issue we had was getting our car at the end of our stay. We self-parked when we arrived, but received a valet ticket and left our keys with the attendant. We were told to just call when we wanted our car and give the ticket number. In other hotels, the car was delivered to the front and the keys were handed to us. After waiting for 20 minutes today, we finally figured out that the car "was ready" but we still had to go get it. Suggest that folks who park their car at/with the hotel get clear directions on this.

We stayed here for a baseball game and loved it! Walking distance to the stadium and lots of bars. Clean and big room, nice staff, easy use of parking garage. Great choice!

Very friendly staff. Pool was a bit cold. Valet parking was convenient but hard to reach to get car. Room was excellent , views great and proximity to DC events also great.

It is a nice hotel with quiet area and nice restaurants around. The metro station is around the corner. The service at the hotel is very good, nice rooms. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The property was conveniently located and within walking distance of several restaurants. The salon on the ground floor created a strong, unpleasant odor for that floor.

Well needed
My kids & I enjoyed our much needed getaway at the Courtyard. Although, we reside in the district, life challenges have been exhausting. We enjoyed the gym on Christmas & they enjoyed the pool Christmas Day in the evening. Our room including the bathroom was cleaned. Fresh linen on our beds. The housekeepers were professional & personable but not overwhelming. Every one at the front desk during our stay Eric, Bryan, the female manager Christmas Eve & the young lady Christmas night provided outstanding customer service. No attitudes, assisted quickly. My daughter locked her broke phone in the safe & an engineer came within 10 mins of the issue. I truly appreciate it. The hotel was quiet, no kids running in the hall, no loud neighbors just the peace & love we needed during our holiday mental break! I found easy parking. However, I wasn’t feeling the price of parking per night but I get it. Thank you Courtyard!

Great location, very clean and up to date interior. Comfortable bed, effective curtains. My room had an inward facing window, so very quiet. The only complaint was that housekeeping did not come even once during my 6-night stay.

This is a lovely and often affordable hotel not too far from all the government buildings that I have to visit. They serve a small quantity of food round the lobby but it's always very tasty

It's location was not far from the event I attended which was the winery. I didn't like that the parking was on a come first basis. Nevertheless after being charged to park and had to park on the street the front desk attendant Ms Yahel was very understanding, courteous and professional in handling the situation. Additionally, the common area of the hotel was exceptionally maintained.

I have always been a loyal member of Marriott. The location of the hotel is the best thing about it. The front desk could have been little welcoming and courteous. Need to improve on the layout of the room and also needs to clean room thoroughly before it’s given to someone.
