They helped arrange a boat trip, assisted with laundry and luggage, and took the time to explain local customs and recommend wonderful places to visit. “While the views from our room were spectacular, the ceiling height was lacking. Beams everywhere criss-crossed the room presenting great challenges in navigating the room (particularly at night). As arragont as it sounds, most people spoke a little English, but these hosts didn’t know more than 2 words and seemed annoyed by everything. We tried to avoid interacting with them. Our room was also 3 stories up narrow marble stairs. This would not be a good situation for elderly or……

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde unserer Ankunft an willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, neu renoviert und geräumiger als gedacht. Wunderschönes Bad mit toller Dusche. Für Anreisende mit dem Auto: unbedingt Parkplatz reservieren! Wir würden, nein, wir werden wiederkommen.”
