“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“We had a lovely time! Got in late and checked in the room before our reservation at the restaurant that the concierge made for us. Pool was clean and comfortable, and the balcony was beautiful with a bay view. The area was fantastic, and the front desk had towels for us and we had great dinners from their recommendations. Room was quaint but the AC blew hard and was comfortable enough. Breakfasts were good, and the staff was very attentive. The bar makes a great aperitivo.”

“The property is located next to a beautiful sandy beach cove and better yet, it also has the most gorgeous private beach inlet surrounded by interesting different size giant Rocks carved by the waters, coming out of the ocean with the clearest multi colored waters of blues and greens what lounge chairs umbrella amongst trees and greenery for shade. We mistakenly reserved a room with half board thinking it was just breakfast... what a wonderful surprise! Each night we got to pick from three……

“We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience.”

“Das Frühstück war ok, aber nicht gut. Kaffee konnte man sich selbst über 2 Kaffeeautomaten zubereiten, geschmacklich ok, aber nicht richtig gut. Marmelade und Co aus einem Spender, Hebel zum Abfüllen musste man recht fest drücken, damit man Marmelade und Co raus bekam, Obst vorhanden, eher mittlere Qualität. Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss, recht kühl durch Klimaanlage, außerdem roch es teilweise komisch, ggfs von der Klimaanlage. Sehr steril und unpersönlich. Blick beim Frühstück auf Putzmittel……
