Only stay if you have to .!!!

Not a good stay. I book 2 rooms with double room but they tred to give as 1 single room as 1 room . The management rude .not good room

One night...

It was a one night stay. Served its purpose. Clean safe and close to premium outlet mall.

The hotel is in a bad neighborhood. Rooms' cleanliness is extremely poor. Hotel conditions are decadent.

Long stay

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights because it's very well connected with the city. Apart from the reception and bar staff the remaining departments were quite below the average. The room was not done properly and the carpet was not cleaned at a good standard. The shower was broken and often the fridge was not refilled with water. The breakfast staff was often not well trained nor willing to satisfy the custmers needs.

The room was standard size, not disabled accessible. The bathroom was semi-disabled accessible. The staff was approximately 50% friendly, helpful and efficient. The bar and restaurant were overly expensive, the restaurant food, I would rate as average, at best. We were not informed of additional costs for parking, a pet, or buffet breakfast. There is a breakfast bar and restaurant two doors down. The prices are very reasonable and much better quality. The staff is amazing, and they are pet friendly. It is called "Quick Break." And I would HIGHLY recommend eating there, instead of the hotel.

Ok for a rest stop, but not as a destination

Service was fine, room ok but nothing spectacular. A bit far to walk to town centre and hotel staff advised outdoor parking not secure so makes us wonder if walking is a good idea. Restaurant was fine. Overall comfortable and what I would expect when traveling on business

Albergo pulito, stanza confortevole, unico neo televisore preistorico,buoni prezzi per la famiglia .Ottima posizione, vicino lo svincolo autostradale e poco distante dalla reggia.

Mi sono trovato benissimo,personale favoloso alla reception grazie a Martina e Celeste.In sala grande il dott massimo con i suoi aperitivi e la sua professionalità lo consiglio.

호텔이 깔끔하고 편안합니다. 주차장도 별도로 있습니다(유료). 주변에 식당이 있어서 간단한 식사하기도 좋고, 맥도날드 가까워서 좋습니다.
