Very friendly staff, all you can eat breakfast that was delicious. Upon our arrival, the receptionist gave us many suggestions for Capri. They even had these touch pads in the room where it has a bunch of suggestions on what to do, food to eat, book transportation and reservations, etc.

Fantastic location as it is still central but out of the way from the high traffic areas. The staff were super helpful as we were able to check in a bit early. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast service and location were wonderful as well. The hotel itself is beautiful with nice clean rooms and a beautiful courtyard/pool area.

This hotel is beautiful and so peaceful. It is in a great location, right in the middle of Capri, and is walkable to lots of great shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Capri.

Incredible staff in the lobby. The room had not been ready when I arrived; however, they showed me around the grounds to where I could change in the locker rooms and hop into beautiful pool for a couple hours.

Property is very high pricing for the room I was placed in. A room overlooking air conditioning on random rooftop. N When I come to Capri I expected a room with somewhat of a decent view. Been going there for Years. for rooms . 2500 eurous small room at qiuisisana or Lapalma 3000 euros per night. Will never go there again. At least not in July. It’s a rip off. They take advantage. Too much everywhere.

Great location, good pool area and restaurant. Rooms were nice and ours had a big deck. Wish they'd been serving at the pool when we were there but I think it might have been just off season at the end of May. Good location to get anywhere in the main area, we walked all over exploring, beautiful area.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding staff
Very attentive staff in a beautifully decorated Italian hotel with updated finishes. Clean and attractive rooms, lobby, and breakfast area. Loved this hotel and highly recommend it!

We thank you for your review, we are sorry that the efforts made to satisfy your needs were not to your liking. The next time you want a bigger room we suggest you book a room for 3 people and not for 2 and to read carefully the description of what you are booking because the standard room has no balcony, while the sea view does. We hope that her opinion will change at her next stay.

This is a pay-by-the-hour quality establishment with Hilton prices. I paid $350 for a room that was SO disgusting, dirty, smelly, and just all around terrible. I would not pay $49 a night here, much less $350- I was beyond angry. I booked through my credit card so I didn’t have much to barter with, it was non refundable. All I can do is forewarn others. Look at the pictures from my room and decide for yourself. There was hair EVERYWHERE, the bathroom door wouldn’t even shut, the “ocean view” was mostly of the nasty roof with clothing and trash on it... Just terrible. And all management would offer was a cheaper room, which I checked out and had crumbs in the floor of the kitchen and hair in the bathroom as well. DON'T STAY HERE! Read less

The lovely Hotel Syrene was the perfect hotel for us in Capri. Right in town, beautiful view of the hills & swimming pool. Amazing staff & attention to details in hotel were beautiful. Breakfast was excellent too.
