This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The addition of having a driver on hand to drop you off and pick you up in the main section of town was fantastic. Stunning hotel, amazing amenities, I would return!!

The level of service is above and beyond. The on demand free shuttle service makes it simple to enjoy the stay in a quieter area in Capri while maintaining quick and easy access to the center.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Excelsior Parco! The hotel is beautiful with amazing views and close to everything. The room was big and clean with a relaxing balcony. The hotel provided free transportation to and from the port and main square that was very helpful and convenient. The breakfast everyday was amazing in a beautiful garden setting. There is so many amazing qualities of this hotel but the staff is the real gem! They immediately welcome you as family and you really feel their care throughout your stay. Gaia and Gianpiero are so attentive and caring. They make sure that your time in Capri is incredible and everything you dreamed it would be—and they made it happen! Peppe, was like an old family friend -his warm smile each morning at breakfast was always a nice way to start the day… in addition to the delicious breakfast and coffee him and his staff provided. Buddika and Marco were both so helpful and worked hard to make sure your experience was always wonderful. A truly remarkable hotel !

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The level of service and hospitality was superb from the start as we were greeted with welcome drinks and snacks, in addition to being given a detailed map of the island with helpful information for desired beach clubs, restaurants and shopping. We were also given a tour of the property, which was stunning - particularly loved the charming sun terrace and garden, as well as the rooftop pool. We loved having breakfast in the picturesque garden terrace. Our room was luxurious and always kept clean during our stay - also stocked with plenty of complimentary waters and a bottle of wine. The boutique provided a complimentary car service, which was a huge convenience during our stay and much appreciated. The hotel was even gracious enough to secure dinner reservations for us at the very popular lemon restaurant. All of the staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating during our stay - it was such a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

What can I possibly say about this spectacular hotel? This was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Every convenience was thought of, from the private shuttles to a Bluetooth speaker in our room. Beautiful decor, excellent food and drinks. The pool is amazing, the staff were all so accommodating. A special thank you to Peppe, who went above and beyond to help make my proposal to my girlfriend special! They also sent a gorgeous bouquet of roses to our room to congratulate us. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely villa with beautiful gardens and views. The best part of the experience is the helpfulness and attention to every detail of the staff. They were kind and very thoughtful. Breakfast was wonderful as was everything here.

Truly outstanding staff, very thoughtful and always helpful. Location in between harbor and downtown on steep uphill road is actually quite positive as there are no major crowds walking around the hotel and you can drive in and out of the property. At night the hotel is peaceful and with its authentic Art Deco style really quite romantic.

Nice restored Villa in a great location. We felt right at home and the staff went above and beyond. Our only comment would be that the villa maybe in need of a slight upgrade to the facilities such as the main lobby and the bathrooms.

It was a dream for my daughter to visit the beautiful island of Capri. We were so lucky in finding the beautiful gem with the Villa Excelsior Parc. Since our arrival, Maria Rosaria, Valerio and team ensured we felt at home while adding an extra touch of luxury on the overall experience. We really felt spoiled and ensured our special holiday was simply faboulous. The villa itself is of beautiful decor and stunning views. A very warm thank you and I look forward yo the next visit!

A great hotel, with the pick up and drop off service to the Marina Grande, and Capri this works very well for those not wanting to be in the heart of things and relax, but never feel too far out of the scene. Great service and a lovely welcome, with plenty of ideas over a welcome drink to then keep you busy on the island.

After a busy week in Rome for our 15th wedding anniversary, my husband and I escaped via train and ferry to Capri. As we pulled into port, we called the Excelsior Parco as instructed, and in less than 5 minutes, we were picked up in a private car by our driver that quickly took our bags, opened our doors, and drove us to this beautiful villa. I cannot express how attentive the entire staff was for our stay--the moment we arrived, both villa doors were opened by smiling faces, and we were welcomed to partake in a fantastic (included) breakfast that was still being served (it was close to 11am at this point). From the salmon/cream cheese tarts and Caprese salad, to the fresh fruit/oatmeal/nuts/trail mix with yogurt varieties, to the a la carte menu that included made-to-order omelets and crepes (with nutella :), the food was so appreciated after a morning of traveling. The attention from the staff only continued to include a map/tablet guided "tour" of how to get around the island and what to see, with the option to use our private car transport at any point that was needed. Pepe was our manager and friend that made certain our service and meals were on point (and our dinner was 5 star with amazing food and attention as well). We are hoping to come back to Capri with our children in the near future--we cannot wait to introduce them to our friends at the Excelsior Parco! Wonderful hotel in Capri
Fantastic hotel and service. Beautiful views and the staff was incredible. We stayed in the 1906 suite, which was amazing. The only thing about the whole experience I would have changed is the bed in the suite, which is a split queen or king mattress, which I know is common in Europe. Was just uncomfortable for my wife and I as I woke up in the crease a few times.

This hotel is more than a hotel it's like home. The minute you arrive by boat the hotel driver is waiting to take you to the hotel . This is a great service. Arriving at the hotel I expected a normal hotel check in . I could not be more wrong. Next up peppe invited us into a lovely garden for a relaxing drink or two. Marino peppe service was remarkable . Next up was a gentleman with a map of the island to explain things to see and do while on Capri. He then explained the free car shuttle service. The breakfast was remarkable . We also had a fantastic romantic dinner at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful . The service was remarkable ... The shuttle service was fantastic. Very nice rooms. If I could rate the vile excelsior higher that a 10 I would. Thank you for a great vacation.
