Absolutely beautiful property and rooms! The front staff were very kind and helpful when the ferries were all cancelled day of check out. They helped us book on the only ferry leaving the next day and assisted us with a contact to get the tickets from at the docks.

Great location
The hotel was great and in a fantastic location. We spent a lot of time at the pool and had great service by Antonio and his staff. They made great drinks and were very helpful and attentive. The only negative thing I had happen was that the room that we were in did not get very cold with the AC. The rest of my families rooms were great but ours never really got very cold and it was hard to sleep.

We loved staying at Villa San Felice. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a large patio with a table and chairs, overlooking the pool area. The air conditioning kept the room very comfortable (it was very hot when we were there). The buffet breakfast had an excellent assortment of food. Giampiero was very helpful. He recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. He made reservations for us and helped us with transportation around the area. This was by far our best experience in Italy and I can't say enough about this amazing hotel and the service.

We love staying at San Felice
This was our second stay at San Felice. We love it. Great location a few mins walk from main square in Capri, so easy to get to and easy to access all the shops etc. And yet it’s quiet and feels wonderfully secluded. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and attentive. You feel special when you are here. The pool is great, the lemon tree garden refreshing and the breakfast provided is spot on. We only wished it was a bit warmer and drier when we stayed so that we could eat breakfast outside on the terrace under the lemon trees. Hope we can get back here again one day. We won’t bother looking for another hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. That's the best advice I can give to someone. They will do absolutely everything possible to treat you badly and if for any reason you cannot make it to Capri (my reason was that there were simply no ferries to Capri due to bad weather) they will simply hold your money and tell you that this is your problem not theirs. If you don't believe me, read other comments like mine. Trust me, go find any other hotel in Capri and save yourself a ton of headache and money

One advice to people looking for a hotel in Capri, do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel. They have extremely old looking rooms. Our washroom sink kept clogging which was gross. There was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion nothing. One of the nights the evening receptionist asked us for our key before we left for dinner how bizarre. My husband asked why he needed the key and the receptionist had no answer. Did i mention we paid $950 CAD for 2 nights. Just beyond terrible. We were here for our honeymoon, never returning again.

We had an awesome time at this hotel. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Mattresses need to be revamped as they really hurt my husbands back. Location is EXCELLENT. Situated quietly in the corner, yet walkable and SUPER convenient to all major hot spots. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and I would recommend bringing your own soaps/shampoo. Extremely nice people, with excellent service. They helped me set up a boat ride within seconds, and offered To help with anything and everything. We even stayed an extra night because we were very satisfied. Thank you.

We booked a superior 3 beds room and when we arrived to our surprise we had a 1 bed and a couch/bed. They replaced the 1 bed with 2 small and the staff was questioning us with some type of attitude, no professionalism . There are other options at this price range.

This is a great location in Capri. Expect to pay for taxis or the gondola down to the main marina area, but the walking path to stores/ restaurants is perfect. The pool area is also a major perk. The hotel was cost effective for us, although we didn’t feel it was the best stay of our trip. The breakfast is very minimal, and although the staff was accommodating they weren’t extremely friendly or invested in our enjoyment. The room was big enough but the pillows hurt my neck so bad I had to get painkillers. Flat as a pancake.

This hotel was so calm and very clean. All staff are so kind and they spoke English. The hotel is nice size and good location so we could walk a lot of places, also very quiet because the hotel face to a narrow street. Room (including bathroom and balcony) is very clean. There is a beautiful pool too!

Fab hotel close to centre with pool
Loved staying at Hotel Villa San Felice! The property is well maintained and felt pretty luxurious on arrival. All of the staff are friendly & helpful. The room was clean & a good size for 2 friends travelling together; the bed was comfy & the shower over bath had good water pressure. Breakfast was mainly fruit & pastry options. The pool & area around it for sunbaking was fantastic! Lots of sun beds & pool towels are available from the pool bar. The pool water was cool & you thankfully don’t stink of chlorine when you get out. I'd love to stay here again & I'd highly recommend it to family & friends.

Superb service and amazing location
One of our favourite place to stay for our trip in Italy. First off, the villa is gorgeous both outside and inside. The service was amazing the moment we set foot in the door. Staffs were helpful and accommodating. We requested hot water and they brought us up a whole array of tea along with the hot water. The location is amazing since it's very centrally located in Capri. It was a bit of a walk with heavy luggage through the street from getting off the trolley car from the marina but otherwise it was almost a flawless stay. My wife and I even got a free room upgrade which we were very happy about. My only criticism was that after we checked out we wanted to store our luggage at the hotel and the only option was leave them next to the front desk, there was no locker room which made us feel quite unease. It turned out fine but I wouldn't trust leaving anything valuable at the front desk. Overall, I would highly recommend this location!

This hotel was very nice and in a great location! The room itself was a bit dirty, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, very nice. The pool was wonderful and the drinks were very reasonably priced!
