This hotel was fine. Did not understand why they didnt have waffles or pancakes when they had the machine for both-

We do have the options of either pancakes or waffles on our breakfast buffet and I will make sure I find out what happened that neither were available. I sincerely apologize to you. I was only there one night, but it was comfortable, clean, and the people were friendly and helpful. Only down side was that there was a pool I could not use because I was told there was glass in it. No way to know when that occurred or how long it would be down, but that would be a problem if you chose that hotel because of the pool.

Susan, Thank you for you kind words. I will pas them along to my staff. I apologize for the pool. It was only down the one night due to someone bring glass into the pool and then breaking it. Our maintenance had it taken care of in the morning. I'm very sorry you could not use the pool but I wanted to be safe with my guest's. I hope you will come back and stay with us again. A surprisingly nice hotel in the middle of nowhere

They had minimal staff due to the holiday, and a note explaining that. The staff that was working kept the place in great shape and it was barely noticeable. The only downside is that the jacuzzi tub is super small. I would stay here again, but not in the hot tub room.

DO NOT STAY HERE, DIRTY WITH DEAD BUGS EVERYWHERE

Cons: CLEAN IT
Hotel room was absolutely filthy! Our socks were black after just a few minutes of walking on the carpet, there were dead bugs that my kids kept bringing to me that they found on the floor. Even the manager was disgusted when we showed her the dirt. We packed up our things and left quickly!

No bath towels in room. (There were hand towels and washcloths.) Staff seemed very 'bored.' No smile or greeting when I walked in. Next morning, the person attending to the breakfast room was sitting on a chair right next to the food counters having a relatively loud conversation on her phone about a personal issue. In the meantime, the hot water for tea was lukewarm, the bagels were stale. Not a good experience.

Moderately priced, clean & extremly friendly staff

The hotel staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The room was quiet and very clean, something I'm extremely picky about. It's a good location. The only thing I see as a problem is the parking area is badly in need of more lighting , for security purposes. It is a rather remote area and quite dark, for visitors to the area, not exactly exuding security confidence. I lived in the area a large portion of my life, and see this as a downfall, to a otherwise moderately priced and pleasantly operated hotel.
