Horrible stay not only was my room not cleaned when I checked in but there was an odor of urine in room and when I contacted front desk they said they didn't have another room available which was a lie cause there was only 3 cars in parking lot one was mine one was the employees and the third one was either another guest or just abandoned there but when first shift came in I contacted them about the nasty room I was in and the heffer working said it was from me and if I didn't like it to leave so I did plus there keeping my deposit for it you can have it only $50 take it and buy yourself some sweat pants that aren't stained and have holes in ass smh

Rented 2 double queen bed, non-smoking rooms for a business trip. We were given 2 smoking rooms initially. Giant burn holes in the bedspreads and the rooms wreaked of smoke. Went back to attendant and got rooms swapped out for non-smoking. Bed coverings full of cigarette burns, bathroom floor had caked on grime and dirt all around the edges of the tiny room, towels and wrags were full of dark stains and yellow discoloration. Carpet in room needed washed professionally. You get rated by your cleanliness and first appearances mean a lot. I paid over $100 per room. The rooms did not live up to the cost. This is the 2nd Super 8 ive dealt with this year and both have been abysmal. I travel every week. Super 8 has become the new Red Carpet roach motels. I will never book this hotel chain again.

Blood stains on sheets x2 different rooms. Bugs on floors and in sinks. No lock on doors in either room, ripped from door frame. Probably in drug bust… not happy. Said they would refund when I told them we were leaving- they didn’t. They are crooks.

Would not encourage to stay here.
Horrible. Walked down hall and was hit with smoke smell. We are non smokers, non smoking room. Door going outside just open no lock on it at all, so need to swipe card. Our room had torn up trash on the floor by fridge. Bed looked like someone had laid down in it. We were on 1st floor, windows had no way to lock. TV power did not work with remote. Had to get up to turn off and on. Breakfast was horrible. Toast, cold cereal, pancakes. No juice or decaf coffee. Cigarette buts all over the ground at front entry, and side door that was not secured.

The hallways need to be vacuumed. There is a strong cigarette smell all around. In my bathroom, the shower curtain is about to fall. The fridge in the room is noisy ( I unplugged it). I did ask , when booking, for an early check in. While there were plenty of rooms available at 11.00 AM I was offered the early check in for a fee.

Not only was this place filthy the staff shared with me that it had just been recently sprayed for roaches on one wing of the hotel. Upon entering the room, I immediately turned about and left and told them I would not be staying there because the stench was overwhelming. If I could get this place a -5 I would.

Booked a room with a hot tub apparently it was overbooked. Customer service said it would be at least an hour to contact technical support to fix the issue and told us to “just be patient.” I requested a regular room if it would be faster. We asked for non smoking and the comforter had a hole from a cigarette. The sheets had stains. Would not go back.

The halls smelled of wet smelly dog and stale cigarettes. The air conditioner kept quitting in the middle of the night. We were booked for 2 nights but did not remain for the second night. We didn't even ask for a refund for second night, just wanted to get out of there. We understood for the price we weren't expecting much but it was gross.

I have stayed at this Super 8 3 times before and checked in before check in time but this time I was charged a $15.00 early check in fee and we get to our room it smelled like Mold all the Towels were dirty and damp and the bath mat the bath tub was dirty and 1/2 a bar of soap was in the drain and a piece of the wrapper the pillowcases were dirty I will never stay there again

Scheduled stay from July 1st thru July 10th. Stayed only 3 days due to a medical emergency. I was assured reimburstment for the remaining 5 days by the property manadgement and Expedia that i would get reimburst, 3 days later after i returned home i get an email denying my reimburstment. I was assured of getting my refund back for the last 5 days that i didnt stay but waited till I left the property to get denied. So bottom line they stole $500 from a customer.
