Deben mejorar el Internet, actualizar el parque de agua, la piscina de fuera deben mantenerla mas limpia, me encanta la tranquilidad y el ambiente familiar, pero deben actualizar muchas cosas para dar mejor confort a los huéspedes.

Check-in was 2 hours late. Rooms were not ready until 5:30 pm. Next morning we noticed there was water leaking from the AC unit. The maintenance guy came and had to replace the unit. We asked for another suite replacement and we had to wait 5 hours now. Front desk staff especially Melissa needs to correct her attitude. Instead of apologizing or comforting she did care less about it! It was only when the manager Lisa got involved things were getting resolved. The staff in Breakfast/ dining area are very good. Food quality was good. Especially Dennis was very good at his service and he definitely gets 5 stars from us.

Clean room and lovely atmosphere

This hotel is really more of an extended stay residence. As such amenities like the pool and continental breakfast are no longer offered. The bed was clean, the rest of the room not so much. Not filthy, just not really clean. The shower wasn't terribly clean and the bathroom was covered in black mold. We have stayed here multiple times in the past but this will be our last visit unless something drastic changes. There are other, better options in the area for a comparable price.

Just stayed 1 night. It was perfect.
