It was a decent to stay. So noisy all night, the police should have been called for guests disturbing others until 2-3 am. The heater made a racket even time the fan came on. the tv volume was stuck on very loud so we couldn’t watch that without bothering others. There was a hole in the curtains that had to be covered by a pillow to block out our from outside. Bed was comfortable. Shower and bathroom was great. Continental breakfast was standard fare.

Water Pressure
Horrible horrible water pressure. Would not stay there again because of that reason alone!! Could barely get the soap off your body let alone your hair.

It's a Comfort Inn so average property. A bit smelly. But bed sheets were white and clean. Front desk staff was really friendly and great service from them. A little out of town which I preferred so was quiet.

Shampoo was empty and I couldn’t tell until I was in the shower! Commode wouldn’t work. Breakfast one morning lacked muffins, eggs. Water for tea was warm tap water!! This is the norm for this property.

On their website it shows pictures of a hot tub in this location that’s why I’ve picked it for 175$ but as soon as I arrive there is no hot tub by the pool, my room is empty just a bed, dresser, and tv the curtains are stained to hell and nasty. Not worth the money and very disappointed. Will not be back and neither will my friends or family

The Beds and bedding were very comfortable and gave us a good night sleep. The Breakfast was very good with many choices and it was hot!! The Bathroom was clean and had enough towels for everyone and they were good quality.

The property is near lakes and a spillway before you enter Carbonale and has quite a few restaurants nearby. Comfortable stay.

Very nice property. Beds and bedding are comfortable. Breakfast does have hot breakfast items (sausage, eggs and biscuits and gravy, theee is something for everyone. Pool temp was warm ( but this is my preferance so it worked out). Only downfall is rooms are to be cleaned every other day. We were there for 3 days and room was not cleaned once. We werent there so room didnt need much. Other than this, no complaints at all. We will stay again and highly recommend. Great front counter service (the gentleman in the afternoon was really great!) Plus coffee, water and tea all day! Good for any length of stay!

There was mold and mildew covering the bottom of the shower curtain. People were smoking marijuana in their rooms and apparently the bathroom vents were pushing the smoke and smell to other rooms. I figured out if you ran the bathroom fan continuously, the smoke did not come in to our room.

Overall good for the price. Only thing I didn’t like was that in my room the bottom of the shower curtain had major mold that I didn’t see until after I got out of the shower and the room curtain had holes and stains and needs desperately to be replaced. Lots of minuses, some highlights
The staff was nice. The linens and curtains were not clean. There was an old dried up contact lens on the sink in the bathroom. There was no chair for the desk. I asked for a cot with my reservation and there was none. The eggs were not great, the gravy for the biscuits was watery. There was no cream for the coffee, the decaf was cold. There were no towels at the pool and confusion over what time it opened. Wish it was open earlier. There was also signage for proper use of the spa/hot tub but no hot tub. There was no regular coffee in the room. Waffles were good. Upstairs ice machine was broken. It's really not nice walking into the lobby with the dumpster nearby. It was very stinky. :( So overall a lot could've been better. But it was inexpensive, location was good, staff was nice, some of the breakfast was good, and my daughter enjoyed the one hour of swim time she got-even without a towel. It was also nice that we could sign in to Netflix.

Another great stay. The evening desk clerk made a reservation for more then a year out for my twin daughter'sgraduation next spring. I was unable to book that far out on web. No problem at all. It took him less then 2 minutes.

Big rooms, below average breakfast
The room is big. Property appeared clean. The breakfast was rough. The sausage appeared boiled or steamed. The worker was in the room talking to a man about her financial woes and dating. I don’t know why but I just had a worry about cleanliness and food poisoning in the breakfast area.

No chair to go with the furniture.
The room was decently roomy, the furnitures look new but there was no chair to sit. The room could need a single couch chair. The service was good and the breakfast is also good to have in the morning.
