Given handicapped room when not requested or required . Needless to say the bathroom floor was a little flooded when showering, could have done without that but hard to avoid in Handicapped shower. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off, could use a little updating. The room was clean. Bed was clean and, pillows were nice, linens nothing fancy. Arrived late and checked out next morning so served the purpose. Would not give a five star rating, 3 at best

The staff was wonderful. Instead of two types of omelets, I think you should have scrambled eggs. It gives the people who don’t like cheese in their breakfast.

Everything was great. The last night it looked like the cleaning staff had came in and started and then just stopped and didn’t finish but it wasn’t not clean. People above us was very very loud but that’s not the hotels fault. Beds were a little hard for my liking. Would definitely stay there again. We did enjoy our stay very much.

Amazing staff, from the front desk to the room attendants, everyone was super nice and helpful. Clean room. Clean hotel. Easy access to everything. Breakfast was good, but they have the same thing every day. I like more of a variety. Beds could be softer. Very firm mattresses.

This was the first time I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express only because my prefered motel in town was booked. This was the most expensive motel in town at the time, I expected a bit more for the price. The room (a suite) was somewhat small and not very clean, there was dust everywhere. There were very few electrical outlets and literally less than half worked. We had to go to the front desk for bath soap and toilet paper since almost none was left. As a last note, the breakfast was cold both night we stayed and not very good. Don't waste your money on this place, I suspect other Holiday Inn Expresses are the same. Rant Over.....

Very dirty hotel!!! It's disgusting to be in it. Having traveled on the road for 15 hours and at night there was simply no strength to look for anything else. We were in room 406… The carpet was torn and not even vacuumed, all the furniture (sofa and chairs ) was stained, the beds were tattered, the towels that should be white-dark gray, the bathroom was dirty (it was disgusting for us to take a shower), there was an unpleasant smell in the dining room, the tables at breakfast are sticky, serving tables are dirty, in holders with disposable spoons, forks and knives, food crumbs. Terrible place to stay! One star is given only to very friendly staff at the front desk.

There only 1 night but room was the worst all around the worst room ever Last time we stayed there room was outstanding super happy this time it was terrible. dirty dated bugs flying around end of the hall the exit was at this end people in and out all night sleep impossible will try 1 more time and if like this time never again NEVER in Room 139 The Worst

Mrs. Keena, Thank you for your input on the situation that took place on your wedding night. As the hotel was sold out on the prior night, it is logical that no rooms were available at 10am. The staff informed Mr. Rich of room availability at this time. The staff only assured Mr. Rich that the reservation was credit card guaranteed and would be held. Upon authorization, your credit card did not approve. After many attempts to reach out to the number on file, we were forced to cancel the room and resell as it was again, a sold out night and the room was now not guaranteed. When you arrived, the staff member explained the situation and the hotel policy. Your husband became upset and hostile, yelling down the hallway at 1am, and defacing our property with thrown food. At that time, we had to call the local authorities and have you removed from the property. As expected, the corporate case was resolved in the hotel's favor and we have all documentation ready should any legal action be taken. We appreciate your interest in our hotel and we are sorry you couldn't experience the usual, lovely stay that we offer to our paying guests. Unfortunately, you will not be allowed at this property again due to your actions. I hope you have a great day and a prosperous future.

While I was using the toilet a bug came crawling into the bathroom. When I returned to the bed there was a medium sized spider on the wall next to the bed.

Not quiet. Both sound and light passed around the door. Conversations in hallway were loud in the room. Window above the street kept me awake at night with the sound of vehicles. Shower rod sagging causing very drafty showers. Area around the hotel had good restaurants and atmosphere.

At 8:45 there was limited food left. No one was replacing empty containers. I shouldn’t have to go outside and pay for breakfast. That’s the whole purpose of booking a hotel with a variety of breakfast options. Their pancake machine was broken.
