"The staff at Hotel DonJon we're the best part of the trip. They left nothing to want. Everyone was genuinely nice and had thought of everything. We arrived about 3 hours early before check-in due to the train schedule. As soon as we arrived, they took all of our bags and stored them so we could walk around the castle grounds and do whatever we wanted without worrying about our luggage. "Our short, one night stay was pain free other than the climb to the third floor. The room was clean and well appointed and the air conditioner was functional for the main cabin of room 20. Parking on site for 14 Euro made everything easy!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car. We had a fabulous stay."

"We arrived late and night and the man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, the rooms were big, they had AC and the bar was open late. We had a great night rest. The hotel is next door to an Aldi market which is also very convenient. Definitely recommend 👌."

"The hotel is well located a few steps from the Carcasonne fortress. We appreciate the air conditioning, comfortable bed and view of the fortress. The bathroom is snug but functional. Breakfast has a good variety of options. "Room was satisfactory, parking was good. Shower was not powerful but did leak onto the bathroom floor easily meaning it was very wet.
