room had no windows to open. 4 poster bed not needed since no canopy and blocked view of TV. Had to get close to TV to use remote. Bed was especially high--needed a boost to get up there. No mention of air conditioner although when we asked to change rooms, we were shown how to operate an air unit. If you don't eat the pastries, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, etc for breakfast its OK because they serve the same ones up the next day. Sign says office opens at 7AM for coffee but never was opened on time. roof top was not clean. spa broken, evidence of termites and low maintenance. For what I paid per night, expected way more. steps to climb and difficult underground parking

Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry you are disappointed and have noted all of your complaints. Unfortunately our spa was down for a few days and has since been fixed. Our hotel will be going through a major remodel at the end of 2017 and we hope to see you then for our new changes.
