"It was a great location, 5-10 minute walk from Cardiff Central train station. Very busy street so just be aware if you are staying at the weekend. The windows were fab though, you could barely hear anything with them closed. It may be a little dated, but so clean and very comfortable. Plenty of towels, and all the necessities such as hair dryer, kettle and drinks. The staff were so helpful, letting us store our luggage after checkout so we could go shopping. 5 minute walk from Cardiff Castle, 10 minute walk from the National Museum. They had a map for us, gave local information. Would recommend, and already have! Would stay again and book direct with the hotel next time as much nicer to deal with a real person in my opinion. Overall, lovely stay, beds so comfy we slept in almost til checkout time! "
