Room in good condition but bad services

They give us the wrong room type and need to complain in order to get the corrected room type.
The room key card always have the problem, they said because we keep it near our mobile phone so it is broken. (my mobile is in my jean's pocket and the key card is in my bag, which is not closed to each other for sure) However, we still need to go to the lobby to fix the key card almost everyday. Morning Shift staff is not helpful at all, while the evening shift is great.
Housekeeping: They put the used towel, which of course still wet on the bed!! and it's still there when we come back from travel, which is in the late evening.
