Had a great two night stay here at the Radisson Blu Cardiff. Great location, lovely hotel, clean spacious and great facilities. Lewis looked after us really well, as did the rest of team. Manager Lewis arranged our early check in as well as our executive room. Lucas and the reception team, bar staff and Damon in the restaurant were very attentive too. Lovely spacious room, great corner room, great view. Can’t wait to come back!!! Thanks

I would stay again and only minor issues
Lovely staff and clean, modern hotel, room was fine but old carpet with stains let it down. Good breakfast but big shared containers of sauces and jams e.g. brown sauce in a full pint size glass, how many times has that been topped up or refreshed?

Amazing place to stay but guests opposite our room was disturbing with early hours antics and we think there was some security check ins which was good but felt a bit uneasy - not the staffs fault = lovely place to stay

Room was very cold and decor a bit dated. The carpet was scruffy in places and the walks had some marks on it. Staff were excellent though from check in to check out. In particular the chef on Sunday morning. My partner asked a waiter did they sell scones and he checked with the chef and said that they did not. 15 minutes later the chef came out with fresh baked scones - was a lovely gesture.

I was really gutted, after getting in after a nice night out we got back and the air-con didn’t work and coz we checked in late we didn’t stay in the room that long, so we didn’t no any issue but the toilet wouldn’t stop flushing so it getting on and in the morning there was holes in the curtain so the lights was coming in they was moths holes, reallt Gutted coz if we didn’t get back in till gone 1 and my wife didn’t fall asleep I would have asked to move rooms but I new they was fully booked as well coz I was told when checking in

Came on a last minute night away was perfect had a junior suite nice veiw from room amazing bed good breakfast also had a nice surprise room comes with 2 hrs of free bar really nice touch.. Staff are really friendly Will definitely be returning for another perfect night away

Definitely not worth the money - sub par accommodation. Have stayed in a fair few centrally located Cardiff hotels and this is one of the worst. Imagine a pretty low-grade student accommodation and you get the picture! Paid over £230 for a junior suite (1903) for the night and vastly overpriced for what you get from a quality perspective. Stains on the carpet, shabby bedside cabinets and wardrobes. Glad we were only staying one night. Panoramic view - as long as you were standing up - sitting down you can’t see anything due to the design of the outside of the building. If you are offered 1903 refuse immediately! When it rains the noise of the rain hitting the fascia outside the window is also very loud - and will wake you up! Spoke to the receptionist-in-charge 20 minutes after arriving. She knew the carpets were stained and that the furniture was shabby, apologised, but really couldn’t offer a solution. Positives - the breakfast was good and staff helped when things weren’t available (after some cajoling) and it’s a decent location. Overall though there are way better hotels in Cardiff!

Phoned hotel direct to enquire about early check in, was informed a note would be added to my reservation and they would try where possible, appreciate it wasnt a given. When i arrived tgere was no such note against reservation. At 1:30am the fire alarm sounded, again appreciate these things happen, but the staff didnt have a clue how to carry out the roll call with the crowd at the back not being able to hear names being called and viceversa. We were outside for an hour in the butter cold due to a technical fault, that took forever to resolve. On checking out, there wasnt even an apology for the fire alarm

We provide clear guidelines in each guest bedroom regarding evacuation procedures, and we sincerely apologise for the impact of this false alarm, which was maliciously triggered by another guest. Until a thorough investigation is completed, we are unable to welcome anyone back into the hotel.We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time, and please rest assured that we are committed to learn from the experience and your feedback helps with future training. Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Dissapointed.
Booked twin beds room.got a disabled bedroom. With doublebed! After ringing an requested twin bedroom! We have stayed at Raddisan 3.times.and this was the worse stay! We also had to get up early hour has some stupid person set off 2.fire alarms! Everyone had to vacate rooms and go outside etc.little children has well! Dreadfull stay this time!
