“Great staff, excellent location and room very good. I had a very early start to get home so didn't enjoy a sleep in bed, but it would've been more than perfect for a lazy morning. Had a pint with some Cardiff City locals before closing time in the pub downstairs who were great company (plus 2 Gooners!). In the meantime, up the Chelsea :-)”

“Lovely comfortable stay with excellent facilities inc full use of a kitchen. Very friendly and accommodating host. Great location near park/ river/ castle. Parking busy but not difficult. Will return if in area.”

“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”
