“Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the……

“The hotel is very close to a major street, therefore, very noisy. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet, therefore, the toilet gets all wet after a shower. There is a step up of a little more than a foot from the living room to the bathroom, this could pose a danger if not careful. There are several resteaurants right around the hotel, therefore very convenient. Shuttle to the airport is a plus; though there is no shuttle from the airport as advertised. The staff is friednly……

“Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.”

“The front desk and helpers are very helpful. The biggest complaint for me is on the 5th floor, the hallways smell like sewer. It smells so bad that the you can smell it inside the room. I complained to the front desk and they offered to move us but we were already checking out the following day. We turned on the blower in the rom but that thing is ridiculously loud.”
