“This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. “Beautiful Cottage. My husband and his son had a lovely stay. The communication failed regarding the thermostar - App under control of owner. It was a cold spell, but they like the temp 68 degrees day and night. On the last day when i checked re comfort. He said it had been cold. The thermostat was at 58 degrees. If you need heat be sure to check tbe thermostat relects your request.”

One TV had to be plugged out and back in each time for it to power on. I did feel it was odd the host told me since I booked it within 48 hours that the cleaners needed the house longer so I wouldn’t have access to it until 7pm, maybe earlier if they finished early. As far as the host mentioned there wasn’t anyone in it the prior day, so why wouldn’t it have already been cleaned.”

“This was the worst experience I’ve had renting an RV.. we’ve rented them from other sites and they’ve always been at RV parks or campgrounds unless it states otherwise in the listing.. no where did it say where this was located.. my stomach dropped instantly as my daughter and I pulled up to a man standing outside the home where the RV is parked. I didn’t get any check in instructions. The RV looked nice but had a weird smell but to be fair we only stayed for about 10 minutes before my gut said……
