"The hotel was new, very clean and the staff were excellent. We were going to a concert across the road at the Canadian Tire arena. The hotel staff had gift bags for all the concert go-ers of bottled water, snacks and skull cups (it was a metal show). They also offered a shuttle service to and from the arena for five dollars per person. We will definitely be staying there next time."

"The staff member was very friendly at the front desk. It's a boutique hotel so ceiling heights are very tall and decor match the age and heritage of the building. "

The ameneties in the kitchen, coffee and tea and sugar were very much appreciated as well as the bathroom ameneties, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen appliances were in perfect working condition. Beds were very comfortable.The owners of the unit were very responsive to our questions."
