"Beautiful beach that is carrying this hotel"
Entertainment team at the pool fantastic. Ellroy in particular Games room good Beach and sea fantastic. This hotel needs a refurbishment I wouldn't return to this hotel as we paid a lot of money. Reception awful Bar staff at pool bar great Rooms tired - had yellow water one day and cold water another TV fuzzy, maintenance man came and said he would have to speak to his supervisor. Neither returned Dinner rubbish other than the Mexican restaurant Breakfast and lunch at the bar grill fab Great holiday but the hotel should encourage return guests All inclusive started as soon as we arrived at 10am which was great. We were in room 223 St Croix

"Inclusive..."
As a family, we enjoyed the inclusive dining and the inclusive watersports. There was one restaurant that you have to pay extra for called Piccollo Mondo, but it was worth it! The view, service and food are excellent. There is aqua aerobics daily, which was enjoyable as well. We took a 4 hour catamaran with snorkeling. It was a memorable time.

"Quiet and friendly"
We just got back from much needed rest and relaxation at Coco Bay Resort. We were looking for a quiet place and this was the perfect choice, from swinging on the hammock on the porch of our own cottage, overlooking the beautiful sea, to reading on the beach and napping by the pool. We also took out the small sailboat, kayaks and snorkeling equipment for a little diversion. The food was really good, a different menu each time and the staff was super friendly. The grounds are beautiful and clean, the views picturesque. We highly recommend this resort if your looking for a peaceful island vacation.

"Great Location on the Beach."
We had a good experience while there. The staff was very helpful when asked questions or needing anything. We did have a couple of appointments that were scheduled for tours and message that were changed with out approval from us. Although we made it work. We were promised a room overlooking the ocean in writing from the Customer Service two months before we were to arrive and we were give a room without a view of the ocean. Only a view of trees and bushes. That was very disappointing. The food was very good at the restaurant along with the staff. The place was quite and restful.

"Great hotel next to the beach"
Stayed here for the second time and as before everything was perfect, from the staff to the accommodation. Some people complain about the noise from Sandals next door but to be honest it didn't bother us at all and the music is always switched off by 10:30pm.

"Caribbean Ambiance!"
We came here to celebrate our anniversary and were hoping for a quiet, romantic and relaxing hotel. We found it! The hotel is better than the photos in many ways...it does not misrepresent! Cocos does have a few “rough edges” if you are looking for them, but to us it was all Caribbean charm. The views are spectacular, and the color of the water has to be seen to be believed. We did an around the island boat cruise and saw no other resorts we would have traded for. Our "partial ocean view" cottage was actually a full view of the ocean, even the pool view cottages had partial ocean views. We loved the king four poster bed with mosquito netting and the porch with adirondack chairs and the hammock. The hotel faces west.. So sunsets every night! The hills are a reality...we were in one of the lower cottages but could tell that other couples adjusted their plans around minimizing trips to their rooms, so be prepared. We had no problem getting chairs on the beach. The food was great. The menu is a little limited but the choices are appealing and there is usually a special. We found the food all prepared very well. Serving portions were not huge, but we did not leave hungry and the staff would let you order more if you wanted to (extra appetizer, etc). There is a 4pm English tea with snacks every day at the beach bar (but not the hamburgers or hotdogs mentioned on the welcome letter). Bar is open all day and closes at 11PM. The handmade potato chips at the bar are amazing!

"Quiet hotel close to the beach "
Just returned home from 14 day vacation . The cottages worked well for us . They are located just up the hill from Dickenson bay beach . It was an easy walk and we we were given vouchers to use the lounge chairs at the beach . The trip up the hill is rather steep and could be a challange for some . There is one restaurant located near by so you either need a rental car or use a taxi to get out in evenings for dinner . The cottages are fittted with basic cooking and eating supplies . Toaster , coffee maker , gas stove and small fridge . We found the very small fridge a bit frustrating as the trip to grocery store required a taxi ride and then we could only purchase a few items at a time . A gas BBQ is also available for your use which we enjoyed using . The rooms are very spacious and clean . Beds comfortable . Good a/c . The rooms are in need of some updating, and very basic but it provided us with everything we needed .
