Nice, clean and friendly hotel

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Traffic areas need carpets cleaned. Airport transportation would be helpful.
Location: Eas;y to get to and restaurant right next door.
Very accommodating and friendly staff. Restaurant right next door plus on site free breakfast.

Pros: Close to our destination. Clean and comfortable.
The people were kind and helpful. Breakfast is great!

Decent older hotel. Could use some updating. Third floor hallway carpeting was stained and in overall fair condition and definitely needed to be cleaned. Frankly, it stunk. The room was neat and quiet. Would I stay again? I would probably look for a nicer (more expensive) hotel if I was in the area again, although I wouldn't rule out staying here again if I was on a tight budget.

Thank you for staying with us. We agree that the carpet needs replaced. When you do a high volume of business it needs replaced faster, and it is in our plans to be replaced soon.

I found a roach and the staff wasn't even apologetic. Worse experience

I'm sorry that our staff was not apologetic to you finding a roach. We have a service that treats the hotel every month and have contacted them about the room you stayed in so it can be taken care of. Again i'm sorry for the stay you experienced at our hotel.

Would stay there again.

Room was clean. Staff friendly. The included breakfast was amazing. One of our beds broke, but we could still use it and the staff was very apologetic when we told them. I would stay there again.

Bring your own bedside reading lamp!

It's clean and inexpensive. Since I last stayed here they "renovated" and the only discernible change is the removed the lamps over the bed. As bad as those were at least you had a light. Now there is nothing!

Thank you for staying with us. I'm glad you found our hotel clean. I have been working here for 7 years and worked before the renovation. There were no lamps over the beds before. We have always had the light in the ceiling over the beds. We hope to see you again when you are in the Carlisle area.

Couldn't pay me to stay here again

$100 a night should get you a clean room. This hotel was very dated and dirty

Cons: Toilet needs to be repaired - kept emptying and refilling
