Few Complaints

Pros: Nice looking
The hotel looked nice, both inside and out. It was a pleasant place to stay The pool was bearable but a bit cold mid-october. My only real complaint was that breakfast fell short a few times. The waffle maker dough was consistently a bit wrong, making the waffles kinda rubbery especially in the middle. The juice was way watered down. And once, the milk was sour.

Nice comfy stay

We had a very comfy stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was big! Linen was very clean, carpet was clean, towels were big and fluffy!!!! For the price, this is well worth it! Breakfast was pretty good, continental- but you can make your own fresh waffles! We would stay here again!

Pros: Cute, close to beach, comfortable
Cons: Correct your news information on TV. Either represent the Right and the left or nothing. You are eliminating a great deal of guests.
Location: Carlsbad has everything you would need to do.
This was our couple of days to relax, this includes a break from politics. Might we suggest that the left and Right are equally represented on the news channels provided or; preferably no news at all. Also we had a remote with dead batteries. Keep politics out of your business and, we would definitely recommend this place.

Nice motel in an upscaled town. Needs coffee maker in room and elevator to second floor to make it even better.

I picked this hotel because it's close to Legoland and also to a restaurant I wanted to eat at. The price was affordable and the rooms were clean.

Decent hotel and breakfast. Wifi is good. Minor hotel smell and the air conditioning unit was difficult to control. Nice overall hotel stay and hotel staff was pleasant.

I would highly recommend anyone to stay here especiallt if you are on a budget they have free breakfast in the morning which is great and saves money. Honestly it's not that bad it has the usual things one eats for breakfast like cereal and waffles and etc. the place looks safe and it has a pool. The cleaning people are very nice and understanding. No matter what your room will be clean and fresh by the time you come back to it. It also has everything you need like fridge microwave and hairdryer.

Overpriced hotel

Pros: Close distance to Legoland and the beach
Cons: Remove carpets
Location: Legoland beaches
The rooms had carpets that were worn out. The breakfast bar was skimpy. The positive side was it was within distance to Legoland and the downtown Carlsbad. Our daily room rate was high for a 2 star motel

Good are near Legoland

I like the clean service and comfort and perfect area like 5 minutes legoland :) in the night really quiet and safe parking

Disappointing

Smelly room with stained carpet - had to ask for towels which were delivered and in bathroom upon our return after dinner. Would never stay here again!
