Dirty & Disgusting

Pros: price & availability
Cons: new blankets, clean floor, clean towels and washcloths, clean appliances.
Location: Carlsbad - Caverns & other national parks & monuments
Floor not clean, dirty washcloth hung with clean, used towel hanging on bathroom door hook, stains on bedspread which look like blood and human filth. Dirty microwave oven.

Bad smells expensive

It smelled bad like bad body odor plus it was old breakfast was ok

From the day I arrived everything went bad. It seems the staff was not well trained in customer service.

landscape needed attention, pool and hot tub was closed, (broken all season long) no juice for breakfast, machine was broke. milk and fruit cocktail not at cold serving temperature.

They overbook rooms even if you make reservation. Force you to stay elsewhere and then double charge you on your credit card and show no remorse.

Never again

Loved the area - but hotel was terrible. No pool, cockroach at breakfast and no wake up call - so late for the day.
