It was close to the caverns.

Convenient location, however, unit needed repair

Cons: Fix things that are not working
Faucet was broken, toilet was not set and was loose. Disappointing stay. Need to make sure all fixtures are working. Big dip in carpet.

simple accommodations, clean but older rooms with some stains on the carpet. but overall the room was clean and in good repair.

We had to buy Lysol!

We had 2 rooms. Not clean. Hair and residue from previous guests. Lady at the desk didn't offer to have cleaned but handed another room key for us to check if better. NOT. They were all the same do we decided to get cleaning supplies before use. Bring your own disinfectant.

Not the hotel we booked

We arrived to find out that our hotel rooms had been overbooked. We were moved to another hotel down the road. Perhaps there should be a note mentioning that this can happen from time to time, so that people looking for places to stay will be aware they could be bumped.

Dirty air

The air coming out of the air conditioning smelled like dirty feet. Had to purchase an air freshener for the room .

HORRIBLE

A.C. shuts off by itself unless you open the door to your room every hour. The staff is very rude.

Supposed to be smoke free

Our room was supposed to be smoke free and unfortunately it was not. The hotel needs some improcements, like tiles put down in the stairwells because they were missing.

Hotel looks nice on outside, but inside its a dump. I could feel holes in the floor under the carpet. Free breakfast is basically cereal or waffles. Also, pool was out of order and closed. Of course, I wasn't told this when i booked the room
