3 night stay no coffee left after first morning and room was never cleaned

Cheaper hotel in town

Stayed two nights. All hotels in town were expensive, but this one was cheaper. Was just ok.

Don't stay here

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything but most of all cleanliness
Expedia said that all of the hotels that we found were sold out this was the only one we could find online it was a real DUMP!!! It was really dirty so we walked next door and they had a room and we were able to stay there the next day we went to several hotels and now of them had been full must have been a glitch with Expedia. But if you value your health don't stay at this place!

Do Not Stay Here

The hotel was gross. There were utility workers that looked like they lived there. They had all their doors open and we’re frying something in their rooms. Our room had wet/damp carpet. The bathroom ceiling looked like it would fall in from water damage. The shower was dirty and it’s plastic covering was peeling off. The sheets on the outside of the bed looked clean but there was dirt in the inside sheet. The only saving grace is we did not get bedbugs and we didn’t get robbed. My husband and I are college students trying to stay on a budget and we both highly recommend spending a little extra money and getting something nicer, do not stay here. If we hadn’t paid ahead we would have left and stayed somewhere else.

Not a positive experience

The room had an odor and the bathroom ceiling had a cracked patch and mold. The surface of the tub had peeled off areas. They ran out of coffee in the breakfast room. Would not stay here again.

Old and Worn

The hotel provides a sufficient accommodation, but this facility is old and worn ... and it shows. Rooms are NOT handicap accessible. There is no elevator. You cannot get to any room without navigating stairs, either up or down.

We will never stay there again. The bed were like rocks. The bathtub didn't drain well. The carpet was frayed. The comforter was all stained. Walking around the room it sounded like you were stomping even if you were trying to be quiet.

Rude and unclean

Hotel staff was rude. Room was dirty. They even charged my card for a day that was not autoriZed and I finally got the refund 3 weeks after the fact.

Not bad hotel...

Pros: The location was good.
Cons: I would update it the hotel. It looked like it was an older establishment. We were disappointed that the pool was "closed for the season".
Location: Carlsbad Caverns.
I was nervous about staying at another Super 8 motel after the bad experience at the Super 8 in Midland TX the night before. This Super 8 was a major upgrade. Room was clean. Was able to get a good nights rest.
