I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was soft. the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel and room was great but the breakfast had good food but a really long wait because of the waffle machines. We waited at least 20 minutes the first day and the rest of our food was cold. Just about the same on the second day. They need to make breakfast until 10:00 not 9:00. And there was not enough seating.

I had a great stay. It was quite safe and clean. The front desk staff are friendly and great. Only con is the breakfast area is to small for the number of rooms and guest.

Very well maintained and super friendly staff! Amazing breakfast and rooms were very clean. Shower needed a bit of repairs but aside from that all was great! Would definitely reserve with them again

The hotel was very clean, staff courteous and was convenient location to where we were going. Didn’t like that not enough parking, a few big trucks there that took up a lot of room, the fitness center machines not in good shape/ broken. No pool/hot tub

Front desk staff were nice and friendly. We took the shuttle to American Dream Mall. We thought it would be a great idea. We wouldn’t have to carry bulky coats around while shopping since it would be door to door service in a heated shuttle. At the end of the evening when I called for the shuttle to pick us up we were told to wait outside where we were dropped off. It would be there within 10 minutes. However, I had to call the hotel several times. We were left waiting outside for over an hour in the freezing cold. We were later told that the driver had to stop for gas before picking us up. That seemed to be a poor excuse. It doesn’t take that long to get gas. As the mall is only 2 miles away from the hotel. When we got in the bus it wasn’t heated up. It’s a little bus. It was obvious the bus came directly from being parked at the hotel.

The staff member at the front desk checked me in quickly. She was very informant of breakfast, shuttle information, etc. I really appreciate the quick service, clean room and corridors. I would definitely stay here again as my first option when at American Dream or nearby.
