Close to Heinz Field

Overall just about average, only real nice thing is that it is close to the stadium so travel is cheap. Staff was very friendly but wasn't always available. Room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast that was offered in the morning was nothing more than granola bars and coffee (they were out of sugar) but hey it was a cheap stay so you get what you pay for.

Poor motel!

Pros: Convenient to where I was going.
Cons: LOTS!
I had to wait a long time to get checked in for starters. I got into my room and was disappointed in the condition of the room. Looked like a new building with old furnishings. Every light in the room you had to keep turning before the light would come on. I wanted to get online but couldn't figure how to do it, then I saw a card that said to call the check in office to get the code. I have to play with the phone for a while to get a dial tone. Finally got a dial tone and called the office ring, ring, ring NO answer! I tried several more times but again no dial tone. I then used my cell phone 3 times but no one ever answered. I got dressed and went down to the office and the girl wrote down the code to get on line. I reserved a smoking room but there were no ashtrays. I started the shower in the morning and there was almost as much water was hitting the wall from a leak as there was water coming out of the shower head. The bar soap was so cheap and stunk that I wouldn't even use it. I spent $90 for the room that was to me not worth $20. I am 70 years old and of all the rooms I have rented yours was the worst and will NEVER reserve a room from Extended Stay again!!! Doug

Front desk was extremely friendly. They gave me info on taxis and Uber and were even nice enough to lend me a dollar when I needed it

The staff when I got there was very freindly. The staff in the morning when I left was not. Not that the room was that bad but for the money it wasn't what I was expecting.

MY Medical Stay

Pros: Cost!
This hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Robinson Pa. where you can eat, shop and easily get to Downtown Pittsburgh. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is fully operational, but you need to request all you would need to use it. It is not stocked and ready. I would recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to be right in the City, whether for an overnight or an extended stay. And. it's much cheaper.

The room was very comfortable. It had really convenient and well working climate control. It also came equipped with a nearly full kitchen (all but an oven). The bed was comfortable and relaxing.There was free wifi available, but the speeds were very slow and inconsistent. There was not any nice view from the hotel. There is not a whole lot activity within walking distance of the hotel, but with just a short drive puts you into Pittsburgh.
