Older hotel

Breakfast was good. The hotel is older. We had a handicapped room which was a bit inconvenient. The air conditioner unit was very loud and smelled a little musty. It also made the room feel damp. We were very tired and needed to rest. The room did the job. We would possibly stay here again the rooms were clean and that is a plus.

Sheets was never changed. No new towels and the cleaning lady overdose.

Terrible experience

Checked in, visited room which was old and dirty linen with no blanket, 61 degrees in room, halls poorly lite, immediately asked for refund, was refused. Worst experience we have had. Found great accomodations at I295 exit

We understand from the staff that interacted with you, that the only issue you had was that your wife was not happy as there was no blankets on the bed which was in keeping with our brand standards . Our staff offered to provide you with blankets and even move you to another room but, you refused. Unfortunately we could not cancel your reservation as it was through a 3rd party source. As far as the other observation you mentioned it is only to discredit our hotel we regret to say. Sincerely, Hubert F
