Terrible experience

Checked in, visited room which was old and dirty linen with no blanket, 61 degrees in room, halls poorly lite, immediately asked for refund, was refused. Worst experience we have had. Found great accomodations at I295 exit

We understand from the staff that interacted with you, that the only issue you had was that your wife was not happy as there was no blankets on the bed which was in keeping with our brand standards . Our staff offered to provide you with blankets and even move you to another room but, you refused. Unfortunately we could not cancel your reservation as it was through a 3rd party source. As far as the other observation you mentioned it is only to discredit our hotel we regret to say. Sincerely, Hubert F

The door stuck in first room we were in. They moved us to another room where the wallpaper was coming off, the telephone didn't work and we were right next to a mechanical room so we heard machines go on and off through the night. The staff were very warm and nice. Good breakfast.

Bug infested room

Pros: Nice room
Cons: Bugs
Although our room looked clean and tidy, there were bugs all over the floor. Because we booked through orbitz, they could not offer us a refund.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave good advice for dinner spots along with printed directions. Breakfast was solid.

Fit our needs to catch a cruise the next day

The only problem was the a/c unit,the fan would not run all the time,only if a/c was cooling,and it off and on all night
