I went to check in at 3:50 and they canceled my room because my credit card would not work at 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon will check in isn't till 3:00 and no one called me just tell me that the credit card that was on file didn't work it wasn't my credit card to begin with. And then they said they were having a free continental breakfast on Xperia and there was nothing not even creamer for the one cup of coffee that was left it's nasty and on their website it said a free to go breakfast there was not even that there is no she on my bed and the receptionist told me when I went to ask her for another sheet she couldn't get in the room for a sheet and she didn't know what I did with the sheet cuz she knows the people put that on there she wanted to know why I didn't complain when I first checked in but unfortunately I didn't undo my bed to see there's no sheet on it before p.m. I think that they lied to Expedia and made themselves look better than they are and I'm very upset because I paid prices that I thought were not that cheap to get a better hotel and that they were not

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.Every guest is required to provide a valid credit card to hold the reservation. On special events, we may authorize the card on file for one night rent after cancellation window has passed. However, the credit card on file failed. We tried calling you on the phone no provided on file, but it kept ringing and there was no way to leave a message. We do serve to go breakfast from 6am to 9 am only. Location to the interstate and parking was good. Customer service started utterly unsatisfactorily over no wifi service from reception, but another employee tried to recover the telephonic and face-to-face missteps and do damage control, albeit unsuccessfully. The bed was defective and made a loud crashing noise every time I changed positions in the bed, thereby making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

When checking in, the front desk stated the hot water was being worked on and we would not have hot water today but it would be completely ready for morning showers. It was not ready, no hot water. They did not have a breakfast as posted on their website. I asked the front desk for a refund or a gift card and I was laughed at. The money will need to be returned. They are selling rooms that are not suitable to be habiting. False advertising

I had a toddler with me and the entire building and room smelled like sewage, cleaning products and smoking. They also advertise free breakfast but it was just a bag with a granola bar and water.

This hotel boost “sound proof rooms”. I should’ve known then! There weren’t even full pillows on the bed. The bed sounded like a tin can when you sat on it. The halls and room stunk. Definitely felt like a shady hotel. We checked out within five minutes of checking in. Don’t waste your time.

Our mini fridge wasn t cold at all. Knob for temperature gauge was missing. Ice machine on 2 floors wasn t working. And we had to change our sheets before getting into bed because we found alot of hairs in them! The staff was friendly and attentive when we spoke to them. Bed was comfortable. Except bed pillows were size of square couch pillows ( small), not regular size bed pillows.

I prefer hot water for a shower, but therr was none. There was also a strong sewage smell on my floor.
