Staff was great !! Needs to include breakfast … the shampoo and conditioner with the gel should be placed not in the middle but by the shower. If you are big you bump into it .

We really loved the location and cleanliness of this hotel. Downsides: bistro isn’t open all day but that okay bc we are vegetarian and the options were VERY slim there that we could eat. The staff member at the bar was a little rude. She ddidnt really try to help us figure out things we could eat and as soon as we said vegetarian it was like she had completely checked out with trying to help. Pros: front desk was really nice and always willing to answer questions and help. Always had a smile on their face. Offered options in the area for us to eat that was also vegetarian friendly. And Kate’s Pancake house was right across the street and they had good vegetarian options. Walking distance to A LOT of stuff to do. And every room is oceanfront so waking up to the ocean sounds and being able to drink coffee on the balcony was soooo nice.

Staff was excellent! Only things I didn’t like were: the bed and couch weren’t comfortable and there wasn’t an exercise bike in the fitness room… I’m a disabled vet and can’t use the treadmill or elliptical

Very family & kid friendly, nice indoor pool for kids & very convenient location. Could walk just about anywhere. Nice bridge to walk along the beach also. Loved this place. Will be back soon

We enjoyed our stay. Room was nice and it was great that boardwalk was close. Front desk help was great and Johnnie made it fun to watch the Super Bowl! Only hiccup was maid service missed our room.

The hotel as a whole is excellent mainly because of the stunning view on the beach. Staff was friendly but did not inform me on a check out time or where breakfast was offered or time of breakfast. Had to look at the hotel website to find that information. As for the room it is nice and modern but at the price of the room I’d expect to have a clean bathtub. Multiple spots in the shower of a brown substance (didn’t smell). The bed was very comfortable and the way the bed was placed to view the ocean was a very pleasant surprise. All and all I would stay here again because you can not beat the lovely view.

Definitely a perfect hotel
First time at this CB hotel, and absolutely loved every minute. My daughter lives down the road, but her house is small to host the family. So we always volunteer to get a room. Gives us the sunrise with the ocean and no dogs for the nightly blanket battle. This was our first time at this one as our normal go to is the Hampton. But I think we now have a new norm. Bed was amazing, shower had massage features and hot water.

This hotel is pretty nice, especially for the money. It's right on the boardwalk, close to restaurants and bars. It also has two pools, one indoor and the other outdoor. I would stay here again.

The staff at this hotel and at the Bistro was so friendly and helpful! We didn’t have a single complaint for our stay. Taylor and Jamie were awesome! Also, the manager of the Bistro was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. We had to shorten our visit due to a family emergency and the staff was very understanding and compassionate. Desk staff was very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. However, after paying so much for just one night and oceanfront it would be nice to see the ocean through the sliding glass door. So much condensation buildup that you can't see out of the door. Doors need to be replaced
